Returns & Refunds

Because every order is made to your design, our returns policy is different from standard retail. Please read this page before you order.

Custom printed or embroidered garments cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind, ordered the wrong size or colour, or dislike the placement you approved in the editor.

1. No returns on customised goods (change of mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — including items with your logo, text, or chosen decoration position.

By completing checkout, you confirm that your design, garment selection, and order details are correct.

2. When we will help — manufacturing defects

If the decoration is clearly faulty due to our production process — for example severe misprint, major colour failure, or embroidery that is substantially incorrect compared to your approved design — contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number or email used at checkout
  • Clear photos showing the fault (including the garment label if relevant)
  • A brief description of the problem

We will review your report and, where the fault is confirmed, offer a reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Minor variations in colour, registration, or garment shade are normal in custom decoration and are not treated as defects.

3. Wrong or damaged items (non-decoration)

If you receive the wrong garment type, size, or colour compared to what you ordered, or the item arrives damaged before decoration, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will put this right with a replacement or refund for the affected items.

4. Stock unavailable after payment

If supplier stock is no longer available after you have paid, we will contact you to agree an alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable items.

5. Cancellations before production

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order. If cancellation is possible, refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe.

6. How to contact us

Email hello@customworkwearfarnborough.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund.
