Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 23 June 2026

These terms apply when you place an order through Custom Workwear Farnborough at customworkwearfarnborough.com. By checking out, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

We supply custom-branded clothing and workwear to businesses and individuals in the UK. Orders are fulfilled by our production partner once payment is confirmed.

1. About us

Custom Workwear Farnborough operates Custom Workwear Farnborough, an online workwear printing and embroidery service serving Farnborough, Hampshire, and surrounding areas.

Contact: hello@customworkwearfarnborough.com

2. Orders and custom products

All items with a logo, text, or other custom decoration are made to your specification. You are responsible for checking your design, placement, size, colour, and garment choice in the editor and checkout summary before you pay.

Once production has started, we cannot change the artwork or garment details. Please review your mockup carefully.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown are in GBP. Product prices, decoration, delivery, VAT, and any bulk discounts are calculated on our server at checkout. The total you pay through Stripe is the price we honour for that order.

Payment is taken in full before your order is sent for production. We accept card payments through Stripe Checkout.

4. Stock and availability

Garment availability is based on supplier stock feeds. If an item is no longer available after you pay, we will contact you or issue a refund for the affected items in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are estimates and depend on production and carrier schedules. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

6. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, images, or text you upload. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

You grant us a licence to use your artwork solely to produce and deliver your order. We do not claim ownership of your designs.

7. Production quality

We aim for a high standard of print and embroidery. Minor variations in colour, position, or garment shade can occur and are normal in custom decoration. These do not qualify as defects unless they fall within the Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you place an order applies to that order.
